WORKS IN PROGRESS
These are pictures of all of the current projects I have underway.
Beginning of the Red and White racing style design. Helmet has been stripped, sanded, repaired and now primed with White primer. It needs a final sanding and maybe one more coat of primer depending on the amount of sanding required.
Final version of the Red and White racing style theme. On the left I have my last name with a honeycomb pattern embedded. On the right I've put the Toronto City skyline with a sunset. I've also included a 33 in the sky. Similar to the batman symbol over Gotham. Then I have my number, 33, on the top! I call it "Toronto Calls for 33". This version has a red cage. Either way it will be a cat-eye style cage.

Beginning of my newest helmet design. Going for a Red and White racing style theme.
Top view after airbrushing over the transparent white with yellow. This layer really brings out the depth in the flames. Which is why the previous white layer needs to be so detailed.

Top view after airbrushing over the orange/red with transparent white. I took a thin brush to paint the lines around the symbols to make them really pop and stand out. This will be the hot spots in the flame.

Top view after going over the second layer of pink with a brighter red/orange. Next step is to once again add a layer of white. This white layer will be tinted with a candy yellow to create the brightest 'hot spots' of the flames. Mainly near the base of each lick of flame.
